World Maritime University Awards TETA CEO, Maphefo Anno-Frempong, Honorary Fellow

[Randburg, Johannesburg-18 June 2020] Transport Education Training Authority (TETA) is excited to announce that its CEO, Maphefo Anno-Frempong, is set to receive an Honorary Fellow Award at World Maritime University (WMU)in Sweden. The awards ceremony will be hosted in November this year where Anno-Frempong is also expected to speak at the institution's President Dinner.

World Maritime University is an independent academic institution established by the International MaritimeOrganization (IMO), an agency of the United Nations. It focuses on offering advanced training in maritime administration, education and management. The university prioritises technical assistance programmes that help developing countries to comply with international rules and standards of maritime safety and maritime pollution prevention and control.
