- Proof of purchase and letter from TETA confirming LPE approval to the seller for the relevant unit standards purchasing.
- Submitting learning material for approval, the following is required:
- Complete and signed the Unit Standard Alignment Matrix for each unit standard
- Completed and signed the LPE self-assessment form for each unit standard
- Learner guide
- Facilitator guide
- Assessment guide (with Memo/Model Answers)
- POE Sample (Full POE with Formative and Summative assessments)
- Other learning aids (i.e. Presentation slides, handouts, etc.)
