STRATEGIC GOAL 4 of 2013/14 reads “A post-school strategy for youth to further access and work experience to improve employability”.

TETA in partnership with the South African Graduate Development Association (SAGDA), committed to place 1000 unemployed graduates in workplaces amongst TETA stakeholders, TETA offices and other strategic partners such as government departments and the private sector. This initiative saw 1000 unemployed graduates being placed in various companies and organisations throughout South Africa in the year 2013/14. This programme is one of the main flagship programmes aimed at contributing to job readiness of the unemployed graduates in South Africa.
