- Due to the shortage of drivers in the industry, the Chamber’s main focus is to train more drivers for the industry to build reserves in public/private partnerships by training more drivers in the sub-sector and increasing pool of skilled professional drivers.
- The focus on transforming the industry to have more women participation remain a big challenge for the Chamber.
- Support to Stakeholders in respect of over 180 new contracts in different programmes.
- To encourage more stakeholders to participate in Skills Development.
